Directions For Coffee Machines: 

• Open sachet using scissors.
• Fill the water tank with descaling solution - one sachet dissolved in one litre of warm water.
• Turn machine on and allow it to come up to temperature.
• Place a cup under the brew spout and run approximately 200ml of the solution through the brew cycle into the cup.
• Run approximately 200ml of the solution through the steam wand, if fitted into a cup.
• Repeat directions 4&5 until all of the solution is used up, allowing the machine to sit for 10 minutes in between.
• Rinse the machine by running one full tank of clean water through the machine, or until the water is clear.

Directions For For Kettles, Urns & Electric Jugs: 

• Open sachet using scissors.
• Fill appliance to recommended maximum level and add contents of one sachet.
• Bring appliance to boil and allow boiled solution to stand for 10 minutes for optimum scale removal.
• Empty appliance carefully directly into sink and rinse thoroughly before use.
